We do not require customers to create a Stumptown account when setting up a subscription. If you have clicked on "forgot password" and received a response that no account is associated with your email address, you simply need to activate your account. Click HERE to activate the account associated with your email address. Once activated, your account will automatically sync with all your past purchases and subscriptions.
