How do I update my billing information on my subscription?

Under the My Subscriptions tab on your account, there is an editable billing info section under the product information. 

NOTE: At this time we unfortunately do not accept Discover. The only available payment methods for subscriptions are Visa, Mastercard and American Express

1. Click Change Billing
2. You will see a pop up prompting you to send an email in order to access the payment update screen securely. Click Send Email. NOTE: This will update the payment method for all of your active subscriptions.
3. Open the email and click Confirm Payment Information
4. This should take you to a new tab to securely update your payment information. You should see your current billing address and card info. Under the card info click Change
5. Fill out all your new card details and update your billing address if needed and click Update Card
6. Afterwards you should see a green success message. Navigate back to your account page, log out and log back in to see the changes reflected to your billing details.
