Under the My Subscriptions tab on your account, there is an editable billing info section under the product information.
NOTE: At this time we unfortunately do not accept Discover. The only available payment methods for subscriptions are Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- Click Change Billing
- You will see a pop up prompting you to send an email in order to access the payment update screen securely. Click Send Email. NOTE: This will update the payment method for all of your active subscriptions.
- Open the email and click Confirm Payment Information
- This should take you to a new tab to securely update your payment information. You should see your current billing address and card info. Under the card info click Change
- Fill out all your new card details and update your billing address if needed and click Update Card
- Afterwards you should see a green success message. Navigate back to your account page, log out and log back in to see the changes reflected to your billing details.
