- Where can I redeem my digital gift card?
- Stumptown Digital Gift Cards sold online can only be redeemed on our website, stumptowncoffee.com.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for Coffee Subscriptions, as credit card information is needed to set up recurring payments.
- Can I buy physical gift cards online?
- We only sell digital gift card codes on our website, but physical gift cards can be purchased in person at any of our cafes.
- Can I buy Digital Gift Cards with other products?
- Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, digital gift cards must be purchased separately from other products such as coffee or gear.
- Additionally, each denomination can only be purchased separately (e.g.: $10 gift cards need to be purchased separately from $20 gift cards)
- Where can I find my gift card code?
- Your gift card information will be emailed to you once the payment is processed, following your order confirmation email.
- I lost my gift card code. What should I do?
- Every gift card is delivered via email and can be accessed through the View Gift Card button.
- If the email has been deleted or lost, please get in touch with our Customer Support team.
- How can I check the balance of my gift card?
- If you add items to your cart that are more than the value of your gift card, you can enter your code in checkout to see the amount subtracted from your cart.
- You can also reach out to our Customer Support team, and they can locate your gift card balance using the last four characters of the code.
- Can I buy a digital gift card for someone else? Yes! After purchasing your digital gift card, you will receive an email with two options: View Gift Card or Schedule Gift Card. Clicking Schedule Gift Card will take you to a page where you can fill in the recipient's email address and schedule the time you would like the gift card to be sent;
