We only sell digital gift card codes on our website but physical gift cards are available for purchase, in person, at any of our cafes
Can I buy Digital Gift Cards with other products?
Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, digital gift cards must be purchased on their own, separate from other products such as coffee or gear
Additionally, each denomination can only be purchased separately (eg: $10 gift cards need to be purchased separately from $20 gift cards)
Where can I redeem my digital gift card?
Stumptown Gift Cards sold online can be redeemed on our website and in any of our cafes*
*Due to technical limitations, Stumptown Gift Cards cannot be used for orders using our "Order Ahead" function on stumptowntogo.com.
The Stumptown Gift Cards can not currently be utilized at our PDX location.
Gift Cards cannot be used to pay for a Coffee Subscription in full, as credit card information is needed to set up recurring payments
Where can I find my gift card code?
Your gift card information will be emailed to you immediately after purchase, following you order confirmation email
I lost my gift card code, what do I do?
Every gift card is delivered via email and can be access through the View Gift Card button
If the email has been deleted or lost, please reach out to our Customer Support team
How can I check the balance of my gift card?
If you add items to your cart that are more than the value of your gift card, you can enter your code in checkout to see the amount subtracted from your cart
You can also reach out to our Customer Support team, and they can locate your gift card balance using the last 4 characters of the code
Can I buy a digital gift card for someone else?
Yes! After purchasing your digital gift card you will receive an email with two options: View Gift Card or Schedule Gift Card. Click Schedule Gift Card and it will take you t a page where you can fill in the recipients email address and schedule the time you would like the gift card to be sent
